Finding Your Road to Success

There are many roads to success, and finding yours is a lot easier than you think. Develop a long term goal and get there with short term goals. Imagine your final destination as 10 miles long and every few blocks as your short term goals.

There is no defined road map to success. Education does not necessarily guarantee you will get a great paying job. Climbing up the corporate ladder doesn’t mean you will make it to the top. There are a few factors that almost always go along with success, that is hard work, lots of luck, and skills. I define luck as when preparation meets opportunity.

All success requires a drive within your being. You must dig down and ask yourself what motivates you to wake up each morning. I know you don’t wake up everyday to drive in traffic or go to school. Take your passion and start forming a road map in your head, how will you get to your goal. What first steps must you take, and once you get there what is the next step.

These are the steps I use everyday to reach my ultimate goal, which is early retirement. Good luck.
