February in Review and The Year Head

February turned out to be my second biggest income month ever with over $150k in revenues. When I step back and look at how much I made, it’s quite satisfying. My Feb. income is 3x what I would be making working an 8-5 job in the corporate world per year!! It was a tough month but well worth it. Many years with no income is finally paying off. I am in the process of developing some new business ideas and will launch a new one in about two week.

2007 is coming along nicely and I’m on track to make another + million this year. If you break it down by the month, I would have to make $83,333.33 per month, or $20,833.33 per week to do a million a year. Now if we break this down into an hourly wage and use the standard 40 hours per week, my hourly wage would be $520.83. This is quite a step up from my days of making pizza for $4.25.

You might be wondering what I’m doing with my money? I’m a saver because I want retire young and live off my money. I have a good chuck of my money in money market accounts which gives me a nice monthly allowance. I use this money to pay living expenses and save this rest of the money. I will retire once the interest on my money hits $10,000 per month.
