		<description>You know, with all the foreclosures going on and the real estate market showing some real bargain deals... I've been thinking of ways to capitalize.  My uncle bought dirt cheap homes during the 80's meltdown.  He bought properties for $30-40,000 (in Houston).  He rented them out and sold in the early 2000's and made more than 100% return.
A friend and I are going to go in joint on a multi-unit property in Houston, since we are always going back and forth there.  But I think there are bigger opportunities...  Maybe start a REIT... you in ?  ;)</description>
